- Implementing a Life Care Plan or coordinating care delivery
- Facilitating or attending an Independent Medical Evaluation
- Identifying medical care providers, services, transportation and supplies/equipment
- Assessing clients for immediate needs, supervision, safety or wheelchair accessibility
- Identifying client needs prior to establishment of a Structured Settlement or trust
- Performing a focused assessment for allocation of trust resources
