| Ms.
Jan Klosterman is principal and owner of Klosterman & Associates
LLC. A graduate of the Jewish Hospital School of Nursing, Ms.
Klosterman possesses over 30 years of experience as a professional
nurse. Her clinical experience encompasses a host of nursing
practice environments.
Ms.
Klosterman joined the medical / legal consulting industry
in 1998, performing in-depth review and analysis of medical
malpractice issues and personal injury cases. One year later,
she completed comprehensive training and certification in
Life Care Planning (CNLCP) by the American Association of
Nurse Life Care Planners. She was additionally certified in
2005 by the Commission on Health Care Certification as a Medicare
Set-Aside Consultant Certified (MSCC). She has extensive experience

Nurse Consulting and Life Care Planning for plaintiff and defense
clients with catastrophic injuries. She has provided numerous
depositions and trial testimony on behalf of those clients’
future care needs. |
Jan has presented
various lectures with an emphasis on medical record review, nursing
assessment and Life Care Planning. She has been a national member
of the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners since 1999
and has held appointed as well as elected positions on the AANLCP
Executive Board including the offices of President-Elect 2006, President
2007, and Past-President 2008. Ms. Klosterman has been an active
member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, at
both the local and national level, since 1998.
