Ms. Boschert
celebrates over 30 years of experience in nursing, spanning
critical care, general medical / surgical, and home health.
She transitioned into Legal Nurse Consulting in 1998. Ms Boschert
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and completed
a comprehensive training course in Legal Nurse Consulting
from the Medical Legal Consulting Institute.
Barb serves
as adjunct faculty at St. Louis Community College, teaching
beginner and advanced level Legal Nurse Consulting courses.
She is an active member of the American Association of Legal
Nurse Consultants (AALNC).

keen attention to detail, Ms. Boschert is uniquely adept at
merit review or liability recognition in matters of medical
malpractice, wrongful death, and long-term care. In addition,
she has experience in Workers’ Compensation and personal
injury, with special attention to economic damages when determining
settlement demands or in the context of mitigating liability. |
